Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pallet Repair Technician to join our team at 48forty Solutions and Relogistics Services. As a Pallet Repair Technician, you will be responsible for repairing damaged pallets to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair damaged pallets to service-ready condition
  • Utilize appropriate tools and methods to complete repairs
  • Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager
  • Examine products after repairing to verify conformance to quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience safely operating air-driven, electric, and manual woodworking tools
  • High school degree or GED required
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where standardized requirements exist
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
