Job Overview

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated landscape professional who embodies a positive mindset, demonstrates initiative, and is passionate about enhancing and refining our maintenance operations. A minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, including at least 2 years in a leadership role with a reputable landscaping firm, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing schedules and allocating tasks for mowing teams.
  • Familiarizing oneself with scheduling software and managing timesheet completion.
  • Performing hands-on tasks such as pruning, mulching, fertilizing, and herbicide application.
  • Equipping teams with the necessary tools and supplies for daily operations.
  • Engaging with clients and fostering teamwork among staff.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong aptitude for quick learning and problem-solving.
  • A desire to contribute to a larger mission.
  • Ability to master complex tasks efficiently and safely.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of project completion.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, including mowing and trimming.
  • At least 2 years of experience driving a truck and trailer combination while supervising others.
  • Must pass a drug screening and background check, be at least 17 years old, and capable of lifting 70 lbs.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License is required.
