Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or Business Management.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within a Food Manufacturing setting.
  • Proficient in Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Familiarity with industry regulations such as AIB, SQF, BRC, GMP, HACCP, EPA, FDA, and OSHA.
  • Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are preferred.
