Responsibilities
  • Defend and take depositions of liability and damages experts, parties, and fact witnesses
  • Attend mediations, court hearings, and conduct trial prep
  • Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and compliance documents
Requirements
  • 3+ years of General Liability Litigation experience
  • Previous experience in defending and taking depositions of liability and damages experts, parties, and fact witnesses
  • Previous experience attending mediations, court hearings, and conducting trial prep
  • Previous experience drafting motions, pleadings, discovery, and compliance documents
