About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Imaging Specialist to join our team at TotalMed Staffing. As an Echo Tech, you will play a critical role in performing echocardiograms using specialized ultrasound equipment to assess cardiac function and structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform echocardiograms using advanced ultrasound technology to evaluate cardiac function and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the examination.
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, troubleshooting issues and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and provide accurate diagnostic information.
  • Document procedure details and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • RDCS certification
  • BLS certification
  • 2 years of recent Echo Tech experience
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills
