Job Description
In this role as a Geriatric Nursing Assistant, you will work closely with a Licensed/Registered Nurse to provide efficient and effective nursing care. You will be responsible for performing various patient care activities, including transporting patients to rehabilitation therapy and accompanying them to outside appointments. Your goal will be to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have successful completion of a state-approved GNA program and current certification. Additionally, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
