Job Overview

Cabot Citrus Farms is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sous Chef in menu planning and preparation.
  • Oversee kitchen operations during shifts, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Support the Sous Chef in inventory management, purchasing, and receiving of products.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in the culinary field or equivalent industry experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with regular exposure to high temperatures and cooking equipment.
