Occupational Health Nurse Specialist

Job DescriptionThis role will assist with managing employee injuries, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitating seamless access to care.
The estimated salary for this role is around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
ResponsibilitiesThis role involves:
- Determining employee needs and eligibility for services.
- Serving as a point of contact for employees, addressing their questions and concerns regarding their care and access to services.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee interactions, care plans, and outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana.
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Experience in a clinical setting, with a strong understanding of Urgent care or emergency care practices.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology.
