LPN Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at American Health Communities. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized health care to residents, including prescribed treatments and procedures.
  • Supervise nursing aides and support staff to ensure the comfort and safety of our residents.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as documenting assessments and managing inventory.
  • Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
  • Work flexible hours, including possible overtime, shift changes, and weekends.
Requirements:
  • Technical/other training or better in Nursing.
  • Associates or better in Nursing.
