Job Title: Registered Nurse I-III

About the Role:

The Registered Nurse I-III will provide nursing services, including direct care, assessments, and care planning. You will work closely with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure the highest level of care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Supervise and evaluate the care provided by certified nursing assistants.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the highest level of care and quality.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  1. Possession of a Delaware Registered Nurse license, Delaware temporary license, or multi-state compact license.
  2. Education, training, and/or experience demonstrating competence in direct nursing care, assessments, and care planning.
