Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bra Fitting Specialist to join our team at Victoria's Secret. As a Bra Fitting Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling confident and satisfied with their bra purchase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Bra Sales and Growth: Meet or exceed sales goals by personally selling to customers and promoting our bra products.
  • Engage with Customers: Proactively interact with customers, read cues, and respond effectively to their needs.
  • Provide Expert-Level Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our bra products and fit to diagnose fit issues and build bra wardrobes.
  • Create a Positive Customer Experience: Provide customers with a personalized and engaging experience, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied with their purchase.
  • Support Team Members: Inspire, support, and mentor peers to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Store: Ensure the sales floor and fitting room are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Participate in Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our bra products and fit to provide expert-level advice to customers.
  • Sales and Customer Service Experience: Possess sales and customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment and support colleagues to achieve sales goals.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Possess the ability to adapt to changing sales environments and priorities.
