Job Summary

The McLane Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Warehouse Damage/Returns Processor. This position is responsible for assisting inbound drivers with unloading and processing returned products, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Receipt and Inspection: Count, scan, and input item label information into a computerized system to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
  • Inventory Management: Sort and stack totes, shrink-wrap pallets as needed, and transport product and totes to designated locations.
  • Damage Control: Process damaged product through the inventory tracking system, record and document damaged product, and ensure safe disposal.
  • Warehouse Operations: Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software.
  • Age and Background: Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.
