KBS is seeking dedicated individuals who take pride in maintaining cleanliness and have a keen eye for detail. The Custodial Technician will be responsible for the general cleaning and maintenance of a large distribution center, retail establishment, or commercial property.

Individuals in these roles will ensure that the premises, surrounding areas, and equipment are kept in a pristine, organized, and functional state.

These positions are hourly and non-exempt.

Work Schedule: Shifts may vary, including weekends.

Work Shift:

2nd Shift: 12:30 PM - 9 PM

Compensation: $16 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties in rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, and mop floors throughout the sales floor and seating areas.
• Regularly monitor and empty trash receptacles as necessary across all areas.
• Collect and sort recycling materials into appropriate containers.
• Clean windows and reflective surfaces; polish stainless steel fixtures.
