Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a ICU - Intensive Care Unit setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a ICU - Intensive Care Unit setting.
- Ability to work 36 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
