Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at AdventHealth. As a PCU RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a contract position with flexible scheduling options, including night shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the PCU setting
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • 2 years of hospital acute care experience
  • Associates Degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • Active State RN license required or active multi-state RN license
  • Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Current AHA Advanced Life Support (ACLS)
