About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and compartment sinks to ensure proper working order.
  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and displays to prevent contamination and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist with the maintenance of kitchen areas, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning walk-in coolers and freezers, and ensuring that all areas are free from debris.
  • Restock plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans, and utensils to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in dishwashing or food and beverage venues is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral, are required. Spanish or other language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
Working Conditions

This role requires frequent walking and standing in a smoke-filled environment, as well as frequent contact with the general public. The team member must be able to perform under pressure and work long hours under stressful conditions.

The successful candidate will be required to obtain and retain a KTTT Gaming Commission License, including a successful background check. They must also be able to provide authorization to work in the United States and have access to reliable transportation to commute to and from work.
