Attendant II

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Attendant II to join our team at iCIMS Organic ZipApply. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

• Guest Services: Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Room Preparation: Ensure guest rooms are clean, tidy, and well-stocked with amenities, meeting the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
• Cart Management: Maintain a clean and organized cart with adequate supplies, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management, using clear and concise language to convey information and resolve issues.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals, providing support and assistance as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Physical Demands: Regularly stand, walk, and demonstrate high-mobility for a majority of the shift, with occasional bending, lifting, and carrying of supplies and equipment up to 20 pounds.
• Visual Requirements: Possess close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception, with ability to transit between brightly lit and dimly lit areas.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English, with ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
