About the JobThis is a 13-week travel assignment with a competitive pay package based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week. The position requires 8 hours of night shifts, providing a unique opportunity for those who prefer a non-traditional schedule.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for operating medical imaging equipment, including computed tomography (CT) scanners, to produce high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment planning. Your duties will include:
- Preparing patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process
- Operating imaging equipment, adjusting settings as needed to achieve optimal image quality
- Collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
- Certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or Computed Tomography
- At least 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital or clinical setting
