We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Adult Psychiatrist to join our team at ThedaCare Behavioral Health in Menasha, WI.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will work within our adult psychiatry program, seeing new patients, performing evaluations, and providing medication checks.

  • Full-time position with flexible scheduling (Monday-Friday)
  • Minimal call requirements (2-3 weeknights per month, Monday-Friday, no weekend call)
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of RNs, Medical Assistants, and Psychiatric Hospitalists to provide comprehensive patient care

Earnings Estimate: $250,000 - $300,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

ThedaCare Behavioral Health offers mental health and substance use disorder treatment to adults throughout our region. Our integrated system includes seven adult psychiatrists, five nurse practitioners, three adult psychiatric hospitalists, and 50 Mental Health/Substance Abuse Counselors.
