As a Caregiver Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing supportive services to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, fostering positive relationships, and ensuring client safety.

Responsibilities:

• Perform personal care tasks, including feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring;
• Assist with fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their housemates;
• Ensure client safety and maintain a safe environment;
• Encourage self-help activities;
• Accompany clients to scheduled appointments;
