Job Title: School Psychologist

We are seeking a skilled School Psychologist to join our team in Stockton, CA. As a School Psychologist, you will provide counseling services to students on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and to the regular student population to foster positive coping strategies, motivation, and skill development.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and strengths
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 Plans
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students to address emotional and behavioral issues
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create supportive learning environments
  • Provide crisis intervention and support for students and staff as needed
  • Coordinate outreach activities that support students and families
Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology
  • State Certification and/or Licensure is Required to Start the Assignment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a School Setting is Preferred
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members
  • Proficiency in assessment tools and techniques used in school and educational settings
