Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle repair and maintenance, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnosis and Repair: Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose issues with customer and dealership vehicles, then perform repairs to the highest quality standards.
  • Communication: Collaborate with Service Advisors to discuss findings and provide estimates for repair time and necessary parts.
  • Maintenance: Record diagnostic findings, safety concerns, and maintenance recommendations for future reference.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to meet ongoing training and certification requirements.
  • Compliance with all dealership and industry standard safety policies and procedures.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, and paid holidays, vacation, and sick time.
