  • Budgeting and forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate budgets and forecasts to support resource allocation and investment planning.

  • Stakeholders collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the organization.

  • Performance tracking: Monitor financial performance and provide insights to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. MBA or CFA preferred.

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, product finance or related field, preferably in a high-growth technology manufacturing environment.

  • Skills: Strong financial modeling, analytical and forecasting skills; proficiency in financial planning tools, ERP systems and Excel; excellent communication and presentation skills.
