Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Support Expert to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with food and beverage operations, including setting tables, assisting the kitchen, and cleaning work areas.
  • Provide support to our guests, including answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Work collaboratively with our culinary team to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior experience necessary, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
