About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team at a well-established community health center in Philadelphia, PA. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population and collaborate with our experienced team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine check-ups, vaccinations, and other preventive care services.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Degree: MSN or M.D. required.
  • Certifications: Board certified, DEA, and BLS certifications are mandatory.
  • Experience: Prior outpatient clinical experience is preferred, but not necessary for qualified candidates.
  • EMR Proficiency: Experience with Athena EMR is a plus.

Compensation:
