About the Job Description

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in medical ethics to lead our ethics program. You will be responsible for recruiting and training staff, identifying and implementing new educational activities, organizational initiatives, and grant opportunities.

Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement ethics programs that promote patient-centered care and advance medical research.
  2. Collaborate with faculty members to develop new policies and procedures.
  3. Lead educational initiatives, including teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
  4. Contribute to the development of new grants and funding opportunities.
