At Compass Group, North America, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Maintenance Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the facility, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role, with a proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
We offer a competitive salary range of $17.50 per hour to $19.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining knowledge of principles of hard-surface floor maintenance and use proper procedures on hard floor care including stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing
- Operating various types of industrial floor care equipment
- Utilizing automated equipment for cleaning of large areas of floor surface
- Performing maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types
