Vyve Broadband seeks a seasoned Executive Leader to drive technical operations excellence in the Southeast Region. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the company's growth and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations management, financial acumen, and team leadership. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required, along with at least 10 years of experience in executive-level roles within complex cable or telecom organizations.
This position involves overseeing all technical and network maintenance operations for the SE Region, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and developing strategic plans to achieve key business objectives.
In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, including effective communication, team building, and decision-making. They will be responsible for creating and executing customer-centric strategies, driving operational improvement, and fostering a culture of safety and innovation.
The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
