Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Delegate tasks and supervise nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
  • Monitor patient progress and prepare patients for discharge
  • Participate in shared decision-making activities and contribute to the development of unit policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan
  • BSN degree preferred
  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU nursing
