**Job Description:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the resident move-in/out process, providing excellent customer service, and effectively scheduling maintenance work. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Resident Move-In/Out Process: Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed and the resident is fully informed about community amenities and services.
  • Customer Service: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Schedule maintenance work, including vendor services, to ensure that all requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in residential property management or customer service
  • Prior work with vendors or ordering services (appliances, plumbing, electrical)
  • Proficiency in personal computer skills, keyboard, Internet search, email correspondence, math, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and other software applications
