**About the Position**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Meeting Street. As an essential member of our educational community, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and their families.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Job Summary**

In this role, you will work collaboratively with students, families, and educators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that address specific goals with measurable outcomes. You will also provide formal and informal evaluations of functional capabilities, review results with families and staff, and maintain written documentation of all evaluations and treatment plans.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement IEPs and treatment programs addressing specific goals with measurable outcomes.
  • Schedule students in support of educational plan requirements.
  • Maintain written documentation of all evaluations, IEP goals, treatment plans, progress notes, and communication with doctors and families.
  • Participate actively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide instruction and guidance to ensure students' IEP goals are integrated into a comprehensive educational program.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree with valid speech-language pathologist certification from RIDE or ability to obtain.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Classroom and other digital tools.

**Work Environment**

This position requires the ability to move about the classroom and building continuously throughout the workday. Utilization of computers and office equipment is approximately 20% of the time.
