Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative II to join our team at Modine Manufacturing Company. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating successful order processing in a value-added manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate personnel.
  • Apply 80/20 principles to optimize order processing.
  • Process invoices and submit to customers on a daily basis.
  • Interact with sales, quality, production, and shipping/receiving teams to resolve order-related issues.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order acknowledgements, POs, job status requests, and scheduling.
  • Maintain and update production-related databases and spreadsheets.
  • Attend production meetings and report critical issues and updates.
  • Provide cross-facility support within the Coatings group as needed.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks, including purchase requisitions, collection assistance, report generation, records management, and vendor paperwork.
Requirements
  • Associate degree and/or three years of related experience in customer service office administration functions.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write correspondence and present information effectively.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
  • Knowledge of administrative systems, spreadsheet software, and word processing software, including Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
