Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Recreation Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide clinical services to clients, including assessments, treatment planning, and recreational/adjunctive therapy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide recreational and adjunctive therapy services to clients, including individual and group sessions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Recreation Therapy or a related field
- Experience working with clients with diverse needs and abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
