We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Processor to join our team at PrimeLending, a leading mortgage lender. As a Loan Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of mortgage applications while providing exceptional customer service throughout the lending process.

• Evaluate and verify all information supplied on mortgage loan applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Assemble and maintain accurate and complete loan files, including ordering appraisals, title, and other required documents.
• Communicate effectively with loan officers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate loan processing.
• Monitor and analyze loan data to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the development of process enhancements and quality control measures.
• Collaborate with the Retail Operations team to ensure seamless loan processing and customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 1 year mortgage banking experience as a processor or junior processor.
• Working knowledge of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac and FHA/VA policies and guidelines, as well as, Regulatory Mortgage Compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with branch, regional, and corporate personnel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
