Job Title: Resident Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Aide to join our team at Interim HealthCare Eastern Dakotas. As a Resident Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients in their homes and in assisted living settings.

Job Duties:
  • Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
  • Assist with transfers and mobility exercises
  • Provide housekeeping and laundry services as needed
