The Food Service Associate will support the management team in food and meal preparation, as well as maintaining accurate cash handling and meal documentation. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food and baked items according to established menus.

• Generate daily reports to verify financial transactions.

• Understand meal components and ensure proper food storage practices.

• Efficiently prepare a variety of food items and beverages.

• Enhance food presentation with appropriate garnishments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Comply with all food safety regulations regarding sanitation and food handling.

• Follow the uniform policy diligently.

• Communicate with the Manager daily to accurately prepare the menu.

• Monitor food temperature requirements consistently.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and storage areas.

• Perform cleaning duties including scrubbing surfaces and sanitizing equipment.

• Ensure cleanliness in garbage collection areas and kitchen floors.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, which may include various kitchen tasks.

• This position may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged standing or walking. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
