We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our team at Bon Secours Charity Medical Group.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering specialized medical services in the field of non-invasive cardiology. This will include planning and implementing health care programs, diagnosing and treating patients, and coordinating with other medical disciplines and healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and implement health care programs related to non-invasive cardiology, with a focus on preventive health measures.
- Diagnose and treat patients with cardiovascular conditions, including routine laboratory procedures.
- Take medical histories and perform physical examinations.
- Prescribe treatment and/or medication as necessary.
- Decide on case disposition, including return visits, laboratory tests, and referrals to other specialties.
- Review patient records to ensure proper completion and medical care.
- Attend patient case conferences and participate in continuing education.
- Conduct assigned responsibilities as a member of the staff of the backup hospital.
- Maintain community relations to ensure effective and responsive treatment services.
- Thorough knowledge of non-invasive cardiology and medical procedures.
- Ability to plan and maintain an effective health program, including integration of preventive, prophylactic, and therapeutic objectives.
- New York licensed physician with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree.
- Current valid license issued by NYS Education department to practice medicine.
