We are committed to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Maintenance Engineer Class 1 | HVAC & Mechanical, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing top-notch service to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment, including refrigeration, HVAC, kitchen, and laundry systems.
  • Building Systems: Maintain building systems, including mechanical, thermal, and chemical systems, electrical voltages up to 480-volt circuits and controls, and pressurized systems with pressures over 400 psi.
  • Safety Protocols: Implement and adhere to safety protocols, use personal protective equipment, lockout tag out, and other necessary safety equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Documentation and Inventory: Maintain accurate records and reports, complete work orders and logs as required, and manage inventory and order equipment supplies.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel maintenance or engineering role, preferably with a focus on HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing maintenance.
  • Certifications and Qualifications: Valid certifications and qualifications relevant to the role, such as EPA Universal Technician Certification and OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training Program certification.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent customer service skills, thorough knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems, and ability to work independently and prioritize workload in a dynamic environment.
