Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Arbill Industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Arbill-owned inventory stored onsite at client facilities, including receiving, restocking, inventory counts, and resupply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and accurately identifying, counting, and labeling deliveries
  • Put away received product to storage bins and replenish inventory to pick bins, VMI shelving, and vending equipment
  • Manage inventory levels and update counts in systems, spreadsheets, and vending equipment
  • Work independently and maintain a predetermined daily schedule
  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
  • Communicate with on-site management, technical personnel, end users, and Arbill support staff
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years' experience in a warehouse environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous VMI/Vending experience preferred
  • Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
  • Ability to successfully complete background check and drug screen
