Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to deliver exceptional mechanical repair services in alignment with manufacturer specifications and standards.

Our goal is to enhance the service experience for our clients by assembling a team of proficient, diligent, and enthusiastic professionals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections, diagnose issues, and execute repairs on electrical and electronic systems, brake and steering mechanisms, transmissions, fuel systems, and cooling systems, including HVAC and engine cooling.
  • Perform safety and emissions evaluations as mandated by state regulations.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle records and communicate findings both verbally and through digital platforms.
  • Utilize equipment effectively to carry out necessary repairs and manage parts movement within the service area.
  • Ensure a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide clear and precise documentation of work completed.
  • Familiarize yourself with the company's core principles and undertake additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Team player with problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a dealership setting, particularly with Stellantis/MOPAR, is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
  • ASE or brand-specific certifications are preferred.
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles and provide personal hand tools (toolbox provided by the company as necessary).
