Estimated Salary: $32/hour
This long-term opportunity allows you to work as a Concrete Carpenter on commercial and residential construction sites in Ventura County. You will have the chance to apply your expertise and work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up forms and lay rebar for custom homes and units
- Mix concrete, grout, and other concrete products by hand or using a mixing machine
- Assemble and dismantle various types of forms made of wood and metal
- Work from blueprints to carry out tasks of the day
- Install RAAC (Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete)
- Screed and edge concrete on curbs, gutters, and sidewalks
Requirements:
- E-Verify eligibility to work in the U.S.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working on commercial and/or residential construction sites
- Possession of tools of the trade and ability to bring them to the job site
- Verifiable references
