Certified Nurse Midwife

As a Certified Nurse Midwife with CommonSpirit Health, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to women and families in our community. Our team is dedicated to advancing health for all people, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate midwife to join our team.
Responsibilities
Provide primary and secondary care to women and families, including prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care
Conduct routine check-ups, health screenings, and provide education on healthy habits and disease prevention
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experience
Requirements
Master's degree in Nurse Midwifery (MSN) from an accredited program
Current Texas APN License and CNM Certification by the American College of Nurse Midwives
Prescriptive authority and DEA license
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and EMR
