As a Sales Manager at Hotworx LaVista, Bellevue & Council Bluffs, you will play a pivotal role in driving membership growth and enhancing the overall member experience.
Compensation: $32-35K annually, plus commissions, bonuses, and membership benefits.
About Us: We are a pioneering 24-hour Infrared Fitness Studio that integrates three-dimensional training methodologies. Our unique approach combines Heat, Infrared Energy, and Exercise to assist members in detoxifying, toning, and burning calories efficiently. Our facility provides round-the-clock access to a variety of sessions, including HOT Yoga, Hot Cycle, and Hot Buns, all led by virtual instructors in a semi-private setting, catering to all fitness levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and surpass membership sales targets.
- Maintain punctuality and a proactive attitude in executing daily responsibilities within a 40-hour work week.
- Deliver exceptional service to members, fostering a positive and motivating atmosphere.
- Guide and mentor the sales team while meeting personal sales objectives, including recruitment and staff management.
- Conduct weekly meetings to report on sales performance and prospecting activities.
- Oversee staff scheduling, payroll, and studio maintenance operations.
- Leverage social media and various marketing channels to engage with members and enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize online platforms for customer relationship management, membership sales, billing, and communication campaigns.
- Complete all necessary training, both online and in-person, to equip yourself with the tools for success.
