Croda is seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance Technician to join its team at the Alabaster facility. As part of our research and development efforts for novel and highly sustainable raw materials, we require a skilled technician to arrange and conduct service, maintenance, and upkeep of process and utilities equipment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair
- Preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Emergency response coordination and vendor management
- Equipment identification and procurement
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- Basic knowledge of trade skills, e.g., mechanical, plumbing, electric, HVAC, general utility required
- Certificates: HVAC, plumbing, electrical or refrigeration certificates preferred
