Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care tasks (hygiene, bathing, dressing, meal preparation, grooming, etc.) in accordance with each client's care plan and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties as required (e.g., dusting, laundry, dishwashing).
  • Remind clients to take prescribed medications at the appropriate times; medication administration is not part of this role.
  • Encourage clients to participate in their care to promote independence.
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments and social events as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to assist clients with mobility challenges, including transportation and movement.
  • Current Tuberculosis (PPD) Test required.
  • Completion of 2-Step Skin Injection/Chest X-ray/Quantiferon Blood Work is necessary.
