Job Summary
As a member of the culinary team at AEG, the Line Cook will be responsible for supporting all culinary operations under the direction of the Executive Culinary Team. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and implement a guest service and management philosophy that serves as a guide to team members.
  • Meet with the Executive Culinary Team to review assignments, business levels, and other information pertinent to job performance.
  • Ensure that only the highest-quality products are served to guests.
  • Strong cooking and line cooking skills, with a focus on meat and fish butchery, sauce making, and advanced cooking techniques.
  • Maintain and abide by county health and sanitation standards, as well as Legends Hospitality standards.
  • Provide efficient service and quality products by maintaining positive customer and client relations through effective communication and financial practices.

Requirements
  • Culinary degree or certified apprenticeship program with a minimum of 2-3 years of cooking experience in the contract foodservice industry, preferably in premium services, catering, and concessions environments for a sports and/or entertainment venue.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service with demonstrated initiative and leadership.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to remain calm under stressful situations and provide positive guest service.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work all major events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
