We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Consolidated Credit Solutions. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives.
- Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
