Job Summary

Yeh and Associates, Inc., a leading provider of construction services, is seeking a highly skilled Construction Inspector to join our team. As a Construction Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the quality of work, testing procedures, and construction techniques to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
  • Conduct daily activity reports, including monitoring all subconsultant activity, and identify potential problems to the contractor and project engineer.
  • Inspect materials and maintain compliance with approved plans and specifications.
  • Read and understand construction plans, specifications, and maps to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, coworkers, and contractors to relay progress and address any concerns.

Requirements

  • Valid Colorado driver license and clean driving record.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans, specifications, and maps.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential problems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
