Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Pasta Prep Cook to join our large, collaborative, and cohesive culinary unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pasta dishes with attention to detail and integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare pasta dough and other dough-based ingredients for our menu items
  • Work collaboratively with our culinary team to execute dishes with precision and speed
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Line Cook, preferably in an Italian-inspired restaurant

  • Punctual, hard-working, and dependable
