About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Rowan, a leading ear-piercing and hypoallergenic jewelry brand. As a Nurse Piercer, you will leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional piercing services to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and personalized piercing services, ensuring the utmost care and precision.
  • Educate guests on aftercare and advocate for the use of Rowan's After Care Solution to promote healing and wellness.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of skin integrity and infection control measures to maintain a sanitary piercing environment.
  • Maintain studio readiness, including keeping the space clean, orderly, and well-stocked.
  • Assist in the professional development of newly hired nurses through mentorship and hands-on training.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and sanitary piercing experience for guests.
  • Contribute to sales and financial goals, including revenue growth, efficiency in piercing services, and increasing average order value.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure and experience in nursing.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including blackout periods during holidays and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in delivering technical and non-technical information to customers and community members.
